Humble as we ought to be, we are weak and ignorant. Contemplate our frame, would we raise our thoughts to infinite wisdom? Would we see omnipotence before us?
Fearfully and wonderfully we are made. Praise the Creator with awe, and rejoice before Him with reverence.
Wherefore [Why] of all creatures art thou are we the only ones that stand erect?
Why does consciousness rest on us (humans) alone? And when was it [defined?, delivered?]
Is it not in the flesh to think, is it not in the bones to reason.[?] The lion 🦁 knoweth not that the worm 🪱 shall eat him. The ox 🐂 does not know that it is fed for slaughter.
Something is added to us. Unlike what we see […?] ⚠️
The body remains perfect after it is fled; therefore it is no part of it, it is immortal, therefore it is eternal. It is free to act and therefore accountable for its actions.
Does the ass (donkey) 🫏 know the use of the food, because teeth chew the herbage 🌿? Or the crocodile 🐊 stand erect although his backbone is straight like humans?
God/Allah formed us as He formed us. After humans, all were then created. Humans were given superiority and command and of His own breath, He communicated to us the principle of knowledge.
Know thyself and the pride [👍] of His creation; the line uniting divinity and matter, behold a part of God/Allah within thee, Remember your own dignity, nor dare descend to evil or meanness.
Who planted terror in the tail of the serpent? Who clothed the neck of the horse 🐎 with thunder? Even He who has instructed thee to crush the one under thy feet ⚔️, and to tame the other to thy purpose.
